Lauren takes a hands-on approach to her work, personally handling all aspects of every deal. With access to a state-of-the-art computerized database constantly updated with information on thousands of apartment and townhouse listings, Lauren can quickly and efficiently locate suitable properties for her clients.

Extensive Listing Network

One of the advantages of being a member of REBNY’s multiple listing service is that Lauren can immediately share her exclusive listings with other brokers and has access to all other exclusive listings, regardless of the originating broker. This means that she can provide her clients with a wide range of options and increase their chances of finding the perfect property.

President of the Westside Brokers Group

In addition to her role as a real estate broker, Lauren has served as the president of the Westside Brokers Group since 1993. This collaborative group consists of independent brokers on the Upper West Side who represent properties throughout the city. This connection within the industry further enhances Lauren’s ability to serve her clients effectively and efficiently.

Active Community Involvement

Outside of her professional career, Lauren is actively involved in her community. She has served on the Board of her residential coop for five years and has volunteered at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for over 20 years, dedicating her time twice a week. Her commitment to her community reflects her genuine passion for making a positive impact beyond the real estate industry.
